Summer Beach is a lovely collection of more than a dozen communities of villas, condominiums and homes that stretch from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway (South Amelia River). Most of the neighborhoods lie clustered like jewels along the live-oak canopy of Amelia Island Parkway. Riverplace is a collection of 22 townhomes with breathtaking sunset river views, private boat access, and over 3200 square feet. Details include private elevators in every townhome, and prices start just under $1,000,000. However, for the more modest budget, the popular Sailmaker Condominiums begin at less than $400,000. |
