Carey Dresser

Carey has been visiting family & friends on Amelia Island since the 1980's and moved here permanently in 2005. He found his niche in real estate quickly and was awarded the “Rookie of the Year 2006”. Since then he has maintained his position as a Top Producer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chaplin Williams Realty. As a full time Realtor® his persistence, knowledge and communication skills combined with his no nonsense approach have kept him in the top of his field. He has a wealth of sales & listing experience from the upscale Summer Beach and Omni Amelia Island Plantation properties to the first time home buyer and successful closings of short sales and foreclosures. He can be found volunteering many hours supporting the arts at the three local community theatres as a director, choreographer, set designer and actor. Carey’s previous career found him performing on the stages of New York City and around the world.
