My Real Estate career began 40 years ago on Long Island, NY where I sold existing homes.
Upon relocating to Florida in 1990 and for the next 21 years, I primarily sold new construction for various builders on the Space Coast in Central Florida, I also sold existing homes for a few of those years. After visiting this area many times, I have called Amelia Island home since 2011. With my considerable experience in new construction sales and in general real estate, my goal is to help buyers find their dream and help sellers sell their home in Fernandina Beach and the surrounding area.
