Diane’s creative, enthusiastic and caring nature is the ideal combination when matching each client’s needs with the local market. She is skilled at featuring a home’s unique presence and character. Diane represents Nassau County current and future homeowners, specializing in Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach.
Born and raised in California, Diane spent 15 years in Europe, after which she turned her Amelia Island vacation home into her permanent home. With its unparalleled weather, culture and sense of community, Diane understands the benefits of living in Northeast Florida and what makes it so special.
She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chaplin Williams Realty after spending two and a half years selling homes for a local builder, during which she gained an in-depth knowledge of new construction and of the home building process. Educated at Pepperdine University and earning a Bachelor of Science in Management, Diane spent 27 years in financial services, notably within asset management, investment banking, corporate finance and ultimately, in consulting. Diane excelled in sales and relationship management when she was the Global Account Director at Ernst & Young, responsible for the firm’s global relationship with one of Switzerland’s two largest banks. It was after her return to the U.S. that Diane recognized a love for real estate and the ability to enhance her dedication to the clients she serves.
Diane utilizes a team of highly-regarded photographers, staging companies, virtual tour providers and graphic designers to assist in marketing her client’s properties. She is part of a strong team of professionals, all of whom work to exceed client expectations and ensure satisfied customers, every single time.
Diane is married and has two children. When not working, she takes every opportunity to spend time with her family outdoors, splashing in the pool, shark tooth hunting at the beach or exploring faraway lands.
