Nicole Nusraty

Originally from the suburban side of Washington, DC., Nicole made the big move to Florida in 1995, to attend Lynn University and ultimately Florida Atlantic University, studying Anthropology and French.

By 2001, she was bitten by the real estate bug and there was no looking back!! She began her career by selling some of Ft. Lauderdale's most impressive addresses, including Le Club International Condominiums, 350 Las Olas and The Fountains Ocean Boulevard.

Nicole made her way to northern Florida, by accepting a position selling The Peninsula Condominiums, which is now touted the most prestigious and tallest, luxury hi-rise tower in Jacksonville. She has proudly sold over 75 Million Dollars in real estate, to date and made life long friends out of clients, in the process!

In the interim, she married a tall drink of water and had a beautiful daughter, which are her most proud accomplishments yet.

Amelia Island is the paradise Nicole and her family have finally made home, as she continues her real estate career, serving as Sales & Marketing Director for Oyster Bay Harbour Homes & Coastal Villas. Nicole's number one passion is creating relationships, honoring client's wants/needs and problem solving until the home of their dreams
